What Causes Persistent Pressure In Lower Shoulder Area Post Spine Microdisectomy?

I am 31 years old and a firefighter. 8 months ago I had a Mircodisectomy on my L5 S1. It feels much better and i am back to work for two months now my lower shoulder blades have been pulling on both lower sides. I just woke up with it Ive had adjustments and they do not make a difference. Massage therapy helps but it still is there and makes it hard to twist, lay in bed or sit hunched very long. I go weekly just to keep it at bay. I try really hard to have good posture and it feels like muscle over disk but any thoughts or suggestions? I am researching kinesiology and acupuntcure. I apologize i didnt have time to proof read, watching kids..

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for the query.I understand your concern.
I don't think your microdiscectomy surgery & pain under shoulder blades.
It seems to be the muscles pull causing pressure on nerves/ thorasic spine problem causing nerve compression & muscle pull.. & give you the suffering.
You need to investigate under guidance of an orthopedic surgeon by X ray/ MRI/ CT scan ..to pin point the cause & get specific treatment (medicines, physical therapy or surgery )
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
