What Causes Persistent Rash On Neck?

I have had a rash on my neck for about 3 weeks now. I went to a local clinic and they had said it was fungal I used the cream they prescribed but it isn t helping. I ve as well looked at pictures and have looked online and no fungal type rash remotely looks or sounds like the rash I have. It s as well not allergy related.

This could be allergic rash or contact dermatitis

Meanwhile you can wash it with antiseptic soaps or solution,apply calamine lotion for itching
