What Causes Persistent Rectal And Nasal Bleeding?

Hi I am a 22 year old male bleeding from my stool on average every two days I ve also been sick on and off for the duration of the rectal bleeding (6 weeks) with the worst being the past few days also fever ish and blood in my saliva and also just had a nose bleed including a slug like clot coming from my nose what does this mean?

Based on the symptoms, the bleeding tendancy what you are having needs to be evaluated and treated. Kindly get the following investigations done.
1. Complete hemogram along with Peripheral Blood Smear.
2. Coagulation profile: Bleeding time, Clotting time and APTT.
Kindly consult Physician with the reports for appropriate evaluation and management.
