What Causes Persistent Rectal Pain After Treating Anal Fissure?

Have really raw bottom from a fisher surgery in 2006. My bottom had never healed right and it hurts. Practically everyday. It s like if some used sand paper on my bottom is what the doctor said. I ve tried everything I could use and nothing seems to heal it completely. What can I do it use, it s getting to be point it s unbearable.

It may be new fissure or hemorrhoid or it may be certain complications of procedure such as abscess or injury of anal sphincter. You need to see surgeon who performed surgery for further action.
