What Causes Persistent Right-sided Head Pain?

My husband began having pain a couple days ago, on the top right of his skull, which he feels only when he moves his head quickly, like in surprise, or reactionary movements, or turns his head quickly while driving. There has been no recent physical trauma to the area. What could that be?

As per your complain you have problem of headach while sudden movement that may be because of high intracranial pressure or hypertension problem.

Sinusitis or brain condition may ruled out.
Mention a intensity and duration of pain with aggravating factor.

Detail history and investigation give exact idea about problems.
Dr scan and MRI can done for further diagnosis.
Consult a neurologist for further diagnosis.
