What Causes Persistent Ringing In The Ears Along With Dizziness?

I have a continuous earring after a flu, the doc subscribes me Tustin DM to remove the mucus in my throat , but about the fourth day I felt my ear has some pressure hit and relieve after a couple seconds. But after a week or so I stopped to drink the Tustin DM, I have ear ringing and accomplished with head trembling. The Doc said she see some fluid in my left ear, so she subscribed the nasal decongestant medication for seven days. I just finished the meditation, the head trembling becomes dizzying and the ear ringing still persists. What I should do now?

I recommend you to show up to ENT specialist for detailed ear examination.
Oral antibiotics course may be needed with drugs like cipro/erythro for 7-10 days.
