What Causes Persistent Severe Pain In Stomach, Abs, Abdomen And Pelvis?

I severe stomach abdominal pain its 24 7 pain. I have been suffering for a very long time. it feels to me like a growth but pain is entire stomach and abs to my breast and pelvis, I tried changing diet with juicing using turmeric ginger cucumbers lemon juice water -doesn t matter if I eat or not pain is severe. pain increases when need to rest room and eats.

I would also like to tell you that all of this or any other bowel condition requires a consultation with a Gastroenterologist with Blood workup and CT of abdomen & Pelvis & if needed a Capsule endoscopy to pin-point your exact problem and thus provide you a solution
