Hi Dear , As per your query you have sore throat along with difficulty in swallowing and bump t the back of the tongue . The symptoms you mention in query usually occur either due to acid reflux or throat infection . But in your case it seems to me thta the probably reason is gastrointestinal reflux disease , which occur due to dysfunction of upper sphincter of esophagus . This let the acidic content of stomach to come upwards and cause itchy throat , which feels like sore throat and also cause rashes on upper respiratory track including at the back of the tongue . Dryness is also one of the symptom. I would suggest you to avoid spicy and heavy food specially at night , eat frequent and light meals , eat at least one hours before going to bed and consult gastroenterologist for proper examination .
