What Causes Persistent Sore Throat?

Hi, my throat has been sore for almost a month. It started when I chewed ice but I ve stopped and the doctors say my to tiles aren t swollen. I m certain it was the ice that caused it. It s worse at night and in the mornings. Antibiotics and lozenges aren t working.
