In last 2 weeks I have had quick onset of squeezing pain in my rib cage just below my breasts. Last week it woke me from sleep, I felt as if I could not catch a breathe and then became neauseated. I felt better once o threw up and the pain subsided. Today within last 30 mins was lying on bed and could feel pressure building until I could not breathe, vomited but pain did not subside for about 10 minutes
