What Causes Persistent Stinging Pain In The Shoulder Blade?
It s been about 2 months now, where I been having shoulder blade pain. When I turn my head to right I get pulling like pain in my right shoulder blade. The other day, I done a baking soda and salt rise and my nasal. nothing happen until I follow up with with just a lukewarm water rise then my right shoulder blade just radiated with a stinging pain. The pain will not go away no matter if, I put a heating pain or cold ice pack on it.
* Constant stinging pain n shoulder blade can be part of acute ligament pull, spasm or sprain, inadvertent injury to the underlying rotator cuff or else.
* It is very vital to get detailed orthopedic examination for the range of movements and x-ray or soft tissue sonogram if required as per the need.
* For the primary concern and pain relief
- local application of analgesic spray or ointment as diclofenac with Methylsalicylic acid or Linseed oil
- muscle relaxant medications as chlorzoxazone after meals if no history of drug sensitivity or giddiness issues
- avoiding sudden brisk movements or weight lifting
- assisted physiotherapy or wax bath helps a great deal.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
