What Causes Persistent Stomach Cramps And A Lump On The Back?
I had noticed a few months ago that my back was in a little pain almost like menstrual cramps, but as my period came and went i still was having pain.. i then noticed a lump on the right side of my back just above my hip.. it is ver uncomfortable when i sleep i have seen a chiropractor he helps it some, should i get it xrayed or go and see somne different?
Yes, you should get an x-ray done to see its contents and bony relations. For stomach cramps I would advise you to take anti acidity medicine like pantoprazole or ranitidine with antacids for 3 to 5 days.
Here, I would like further information about the lump like its size, is it constant or increasing in size since you have seen it? How's it's consistency, is it compressible or solid mass? Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to guide you even better.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. BR Hudda
