What Causes Persistent Stomach Pain And Nausea?

I have stomach pain daily. I can t eat without pain afterwards. I feel like I m always in a fog. I don t sleep at night. I can fall asleep okay and then I wake up after an hour or two and then am up for about three hours until I fall asleep again. I feel achy and nauseated a lot. I am not pregnant.

Hello,

You are possibly suffering from gastritis, inflammation of stomach lining. Probably you may need to use antiacids such Pepto-Bismol or Maalox. Also you can use PPI such Omeprazole. Eat food with not much acidity, avoid caffeine and alcohol intake.
