What Causes Persistent Stomachache?

Thank you. I have had persistent stomach pain. My doctor said I have Barretts Disease and prescribed 20 MG rabeprazole sod 2 pills a day. The pain has continued for 3 months now. I had a CT scan that show nothing abnormal. There is constant pain, light burning throughout my stomach during the day and at night every night a pain in the middle upper portion of my abdomen. It wakes me up between 3 - 4 PM almost every night. I have cut out any fried foods, spicy foods, milk products but I have no relief. Thank you for any guidance you could offer. My health condition is interrupting my daily work and I am tired.
