What Causes Persistent Swelling And Pain In Foot Despite Taking Cephalexin?

I was stung by a yellow jacket three days ago my foot started swelling up two days ago and now it s turning purple and still very swollen I m also in a lot of pain my doctor prescribed me cephalexin should I still be concerned and possibly go to the hospital

hello,
first you have to do x Ray
and roul out bony injury.
if reports is normal, so swelling is muscular.
do rest for 7 days.
and watch sweeling.
