What Causes Persistent Throat Infection?

Hi, I am a 35 year old male, 6'1" height with no previous medical conditions. Weight 13stone.Physically active. I have had a throat infection since mid-July approx 2 months now. I am now on a 5th course of antibiotics, Augmentin & Klacid combined at the moment. Still looks like infection not easing, I have also had blood tests that appear normal.
