Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of persistent throat irritation and dry cough while treating bronchitis which seems to be due to chest infection/ chronic upper respiratory tract infection. In you case the symptoms seems to be due to dryness caused by antibiotics or other medicine taken for the treatment for bronchitis. Need not to worry. Sometimes dry cough also occur due to acid reflux and and mucous due to post nasal drip. I would suggest you to do warm saline gargles. You should take cough expectorants. You should take antibiotic Levofloxacin in combination with antiallergic medication. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined if condition persist . You should get chest X-ray done , throat swab test and start treatment after proper diagnosis have been made. Doctor may also refer you to gstroeneterologist .Avoid oily and sharp food. Drink plenty of warm water.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
