What Causes Persistent Tingling Feeling In Limbs And Weakness In All Extremities?
My hands, arms, feet and legs feel tingly. Sometimes so much so I feel as though I were stading in a giant glass of soda. I have weakness in all extrematies and occasional muscle twitching. I am in my 40's up until now have been quite active (runner, hiker, bike etc.) This has been going on for several months with no periods of feeling "normal".

Respected Sir, hi reviewed you question thoroughly, as you have been quite active till now , your present symptoms can`t be considered as normal its definately related to neurological / neuromuscular development of some level.also possibility of deficiency of certain B12 with trace elements responsible to cause certain things, Must get evauated in terms of certain Blood tests and if required MRI spine also. thanks regards
