What Causes Persistent Tingling Sensation In Head?

I have been having these odd feelings on top of the left side of my head. It feels like a tingling sensation, last for a few seconds or a minute, goes away and comes again a few minutes later. I started about 2 weeks ago. I do not have a headache but this sensation is always in the same place on top of the left side of my head.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Since you are having tingling sensations without headache since only two days, we should first rule out vitamin B12 deficiency and brain related pathology.
So first get done vitamin B12 level and if deficiency then you will need supplements.
Also get done MRI brain to rule out brain pathology.
If all these are normal then no need to worry much.
Sometimes stress and anxiety can also cause similar symptoms.
So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
You may need anxiolytic drugs too.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
