I have gone thru yor query It is a matter of great concern one at this age should not be so lathargic ,lazy that want to sleep all the time .It is not a good sign .
Certainly there is something wrong .
I suspect you are anemic & suggest you to visit a doctor and get your self checked . Get traetment for whatever you are diagnosed .
All that you need to be healthy & active is to take , a regular balanced diet including all essential nutierts - fiber , protein ,
vitamins , minerals fruit ,green leafy veges and lot of water . Take lemon juice with a pinch of salt and sugar for instant relief . Take all proper meals . Don't skip meals .
Avoid fast foods , tea ,coffee , alchol ,
smoking worry , mental
stress ,
constipation .
Make Exercise ,
Yoga , deep breathing for 1 hour ,as part of your life to rejevunate your mind and body Adopt
meditation to earn peice of mind and gain positive thinking ,strength to your will power . You are begining in life . Do study or Work , whatever you are doing ,do whole heartedly .
Don't loose heart . you will be ok soon .
