Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello,

By your history and description, uncontrolled diabetes is the cause for your weakness. So you need to focus more on diabetes control. Once you achieve good diabetes control, your weakness will definitely improve. Better to consult an endocrinologist and discuss all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
