What Causes Persistent Vaginal Bleeding After First Time Intercourse?
I recently lost my virginity (about 9 days ago) and I ve been bleeding since a few hours after the initial act. It isn t major bleeding, it s just every few hours, but I was told it was only supposed to last 1-3 days and I m terrified. Other factors are that I was recently put on birth control (Nexplanon, it was put in my arm on August 2nd), and I was supposed to start my period around the very end of this month/early next month. We had sex twice on the 13th, within a few hours of each other. The first time hurt like hell but the second time didn t. We haven t had any sort of intercourse since. Should I be concerned?

No dear its normal. Scanty bleed after 1st sex is fine and will go on its own. Although birth control pills have there own side effects so better start using protection
