Hello dear Understand your concern Itching after vaginal examination mainly due to infection through the speculum used (bacterial and fungal) or may be gloves allergy. I advice you to consult the gynecologist and go for swab test to rule out the infections. Gynecologist will prescribed following medicine. Use vaginal suppository of clindamycin and clotrimazole at bed time for 3-4 days. Wash vagina with warm salted water and apply apple cidar vinegar. Tablet cetrizine. Wear pure cotton loose undergarments and avoid sweats in the vaginal area. If you have allergy to gloves next ask for non latex gloves next time during vaginal examination.Avoid perfumed cosmetics and soap. Drink plenty of waters and food rich in vitamin C, E, selenium and zinc. Apply liquid base lotion that contain minerals and vitamin E. Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
