What Causes Persistent Vaginal Spotting Post Sex The First Time?

Hi. I am 22 and lost my virginity on the 17th of November. We had protected sex. When he pulled out, blood came out of my vagina and it was quite a lot of blood but it stopped after a little while and from that moment on, spotting continued for next 2 days and it s still on. My period was due on the 18th-19th of November. It s 20th of November already. I am confused as to whether that blood that came out was due to ruptured hymen? Or was it ruptured hymen and my period both? If it was my period, why is there only spotting and I m not bleeding like a normal woman? I am really worried. What do I do?
