What Causes Persistent Vomiting In A 3 Year Old Boy?
My son is 3yrs old. He is vomiting. If he drinks water then he immediately vomits. He had junk food in evening and the vomiting started at 11:30. We gave him colllicaid but he immediately commited. Since he was slightly feverish we gave him fevril..He slept thereafter but again vommited back. Please guide as he is now having fever 101 deg c.

Most probably it is due to minor gastroenteritis.
Consult a paediatrician and get evaluated.
As of now, We have to rule out can give paracetamol according to body weight.
Give plenty of water to keep him hydrated.
If symptoms persist antibiotics has to be started.
