General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to stomach infection. You can give syp Ondensetron after pediatrician consultation. In case of fever, you can give syp Acetaminophen.

Watch for dehydration symptoms like dry skin, decreased urination. Continue breast feeding and soft diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale
