Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

He might be having a complication like Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA) which can give rise to vomiting. He needs clinical evaluation and work-up like random blood sugar, serum creatinine, serum electrolytes and urine routine analysis and treatment accordingly. He needs to visit ER (Emergency room).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Tushar Kanti Biswas, Internal Medicine Specialist
