What Causes Persistent Warmness In Lower Right Calf?

For the last three days I ve been experiencing a warming sensation in my lower right calf. Skin is not warm to the touch and leg moves normally. I m a 73 year old woman in good health, not overweight and active.. No new medications, just Advair for Asthma, no attack for many years and Flonase for Sinus plus multi-vitamins, Calcium, and cranberry tabs( prevent Bladder infections, due to prolapse). No heart issues other than Tachycardia.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The warmness in the calf can be related to a muscle strain.

I suggest using magnesium supplement for muscle relaxation.

I also suggest using Voltaren gel for local application and cool compresses for relieve.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
