Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Persistent Watery Stools, Bloating And Lack Of Appetite?
I have not had a solid bowel movement in over a year. Very liquid and sometimes explosive bowel movements. I am never hungry and have to make myself eat. I always feel full and bloated with a dull ache in my right side right above my waist. Suggestions?
I can understand your concern. As per your query about watery stool, bloating, lack of appetite with dull aching in right side of waist and its being chronic from 1 year. Most common probability of it can be inflammatory bowel disease /autoimmune disease/Crohn disease can also cause this type of symptoms for such long periods. It would have better if you had also mentioned your age but still I suggest you to consult a physician or a gastroenterologist for a diagnosis and investigation like TLC DLC and stool sample can be required.
I hope the information helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Jyoti Pandey
