What Causes Persistent Watery Stools In An Infant?

Hi, My 4 month old has had watery stools past 4 weeks. In the beginning, there were more solid and mucusy ones in between but now (10 days) just liquid. Never more than 3 times a day. She is exclusively breastfed. We were in cyprus when all this started and a dr there suggested it maybe amobea, but that i should get a test done.. The test came back negative. All the bacteria/viral tests also came negative but they are redoing the parasite test. What can it be? Can this be food intolerance? She has no other symptoms other than a little fussiness in evenings.. Thanks..

It could be food intolerance. You need to work this out with your pediatrician, I am sure it will help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
