What Causes Persistent Weakness Post Recovery From Fever And Nausea?
I had a virus 6 days ago with a fever, nausea and extreme weakness. I continue to have bouts of weakness that keep me from engaging in my regular activities for more than short periods of time. What can I do and what foods are best for helping my body heal so I can get back to normal?
hello nothing to worry regarding this, its just post viral fever symptoms where you will be having weakness and body pains. it is just as you are on medication during infection and due to the side effect of those drugs. kindly hydrate yourself by taking atleast 4 to 5 litres of water per day. eat plenty of fruits. if your gastric irritaion is more take antacid on empty stomch for five days. kindly consult and discuss regarding this with your family physician so that he can surely sort this out.
hope i answered your question.
