General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have used enough antibiotic course for your sore throat. I suggest you investigate further with throat swab culture for further workup.

Meanwhile, you can take decongestants like levocetirizine for five days. Drink more water.

Don't take excess spicy foods. Kindly revert back with reports once done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
