What Causes Petechiae On Shins, Sore Throat And Red Rashes Around Nose?

Woke with petechiae on shins. Not spread. Fast resting heartbeat this evening. Very mild sore throat.33yr old male. Just back from holidays on canaries 3 days. Generally well. Gave up smoking at Xmas. Sleeping more and earlier at night since then. Red slightly scaly rash around nose a few weeks back that responded to moisturiser eventually.
