Hi . I have phlegm and feeling very sluggish , feeling a little warm at times but no fever or runny nose . I m 6 0 175 pounds in excellent shape . Just finished a half marathon Sunday with phlegm symptoms . I know shouldn t have run . Am I just over doing it . Gym rat . Thank you .
