Hi I am 30 year old female. I started with a dry cough a couple of days ago which caused pain in my chest and both my arms. I now am producing this whitish green phlegm when i cough and my nose is stopped up. My legs are achy and swelled and last night i woke up gasping for air and not able to breath lying down. I'm not running a fever but have cold chills but i am warm to the touch. Do you know what could be causing this. I have hypothyroidism with an enlarged thyroid and also found out a month ago I have high blood pressure and started meds for that.
