General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may look like pimples but It is cherry angioma. It will do you no harm if not touched, scratched or picked. However if it shows some growth, you should get it clinically examined by a dermatologist, he will recommend few tests and biopsy to rule out skin cancer. If you want to remove it for cosmetic reasons, your dermatologist will recommend cryosurgery, shave excision, electrocautery, laser surgery, etc., whatever is best for you.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
