What Causes Pimple Like Bumps On The Penis?

Hello doctor,i am male 25 , I have observed that my genitall organ is surrounded by the small pimples like structure around the neck of penise, which I surfed in Internet and came to knw tht it s called as PPP , so please suggest me do I need to consult a doctor , if I need to consult then which specialised doctor to be concerned, and please tel me the reasons for this pimple like structure ,

it might be a penile infection or sexualy transmitted disease. u shud consult a sexologist or urologist for it.
