What Causes Pimple Like Lump On Scrotum?

I had a pimple like lump form on my scrotum yesterday and it came to a head over night. I poped it this morning and a lot of white puss came out and a little blood is this a cyst or a clogged pore or a big pimple, swelling is still there and feels like its inside the skin please help
