As per your complain first thing is that Panderm and Betnovate both are Steroid based creams and there is a possibility that they are causing I ll effect to your skin rather than relieving the symptoms as Steroid based creams and ointments can cause skin thinning, inflammation, increased pimples, hair growth on face etc.. So I would suggest you to stop using these creams gradually.. If you use them twice a day, start using them once a day follows by using every alternate day after a week and then gradually stopping the use.. You should also take anti allergics like Benadryl or Allegra.. Do cool compresses over the face and splash cool water.. You can apply creams containing Benzoyl Peroxide and Clindamycin over the pimples.. Azelaic acid preparation are also helpful.. Exfoliate your face weekly.. Avoid oily food and drink plenty of water.. You should always apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun.. In case of no improvement in a month consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you Oral antibiotics like Clindamycin or Minocycline, Retinoids like Adapelene and also treatment like Microdermabrasion or chemical peeling..
