What Causes Pimples Around The Anal Region?
Hi, My age is 33. I am Male. I have many tinny pimples at 0.5 distance from my anus. These are spread in circular shape. Their heads are 1 mm and some are smaller than it. They are not visible properly but can feel by touch. If I pinch one of them a light yellowish cream comes out just like a toothpaste tube. There is no blood or pain or solar. I have also a litter bigger pinples on my arms and back. My skin is oily. Please help me

Pimples can appear anywhere on the body.
As a first line management, you can apply Clindamycin cream for symptomatic relief.
It symptoms persist, better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
