Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pimples on the face which could be due to hormonal changes and post intake of contraceptive pills. I would suggest you to try to reduce your stress . Wash your face with face wash containing salicylic acid. Exfoliate your skin twice a week. Apply raw honey at night and wash it in the morning. Apply azelaic acid cream after washing face twice a day. You should consult dermatologist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper prescription. Avoid taking oily, fried and spicy food.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
