What Causes Pimples On The Penis Post Intercourse?

hi doctor, 3 days ago i had my first sexual intercourse experience with a female. Im a male 28 yrs old. Later on that day about 6 hours later i notice small red tiny pimple like bumps on the head of my penis. I dont have any pain, no itchyness, no dysuria just these red tiny pimple bumps that appeared latered that same day of intercourse and a few more have showned up since. Im very worrid that it can be an std but none of the STD S Match the criteria. Can you please give me a possible evaluation of what this could be? can it be because it was my first sexual encounter? i wore a condom but then took it off during the sexual act, could it be an alergic reaction to the condom, thank you

Welcome to health care magic,

Small tiny pimples or bumps over penis could be due to friction to the vagina or allergic to condom which would be cured by antibiotics (amoxicillin or cephalosporins like cefixime or cefadroxyl) and antihistamines like avil or benadryl.

You can also wash it with savlon and water for disinfection.

Now,as you had done unprotected sex but no need to worry if your symptoms resolved after 3 to 4 days otherwise you need to see surgeon immediately.
