What Causes Pimples On The Penis Shaft?
I have, what appears to be, several pimples on my penis shaft. A few of them are whiteheads and the others are skin colored. I cannot pop them, however two of them eventually popped and a little bit of blood came out. Afterwards it scabbed up and disappeared. What are these bumps?

Most probably either due to untrimmed pubic hair that was pulled resulting in irritation of the follicles or due to shaving or hair removal in the regoin. These can also occur due to poor hygiene and the accumulation of sweat. I would recommend improving your hygiene level and also a warm compress over the region with warm water epsom salt baths.
