What Causes Pimples On The Scrotum?
Hi ! I am 18 years old and have two pimples type infection in my scrotum ! It is just right at the place where the scrotum meets the skin ! It is hard pea like substance filled with white pus and Blood !!! Its paining a lot while doing any physical activities ... Please help me out !

Hi,
You are having abscess formation at that area due to constant friction and sweating in that area. So you should drain that abscess fully and than apply Neosporin cream over that. Wear loose cotton cloth. If you have fever than investigate with CBC as well.
You can consult a nearby physician for examination and drainage of abscess once.
