What Causes Pimples With Yellow Heads Around The Mouth?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Red and yellow colored bumps around the mustache area are likely to be due to acne or pimples.
Yellow color is due to pus collection which occurs due to bacterial infection.
Topical application of antibiotic ointment will be helpful in clearing the infection.
In order to prevent re-infection the skin should be kept clean by frequent washing and avoiding touching the pimples.
However, clinical assessment of the lesions is required to confirm the nature of the lesions.
