What Causes Pin Prick Like Sensation Under Left Breast?

I have a pin prick type of sensation directly under my left breast, in the crook of my left elbow, and then in the webbing betweeny left thumb and index finger. It is very localized to those 3 spots, and the area in which the pain appears is very small, less than dime sized. It happens every few months, for no apparent reason, and lasts anywhere from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. I have asked my doctor, and 2 different Urgent Care doctors, none had an answer for me. I m 33 years old, female. Please help, the frequency and length of time is becoming closer together and longer.
