General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Pin pricking sensation in the leg is commonly indicative of developing neurological problem, nerve compression, slipped disc, muscle strain, tendon tear / trauma, etc. You are suggested to stay well hydrated so that the electrolyte system of the body functions well, sodium-potassium depletion may cause such symptoms.

Take food rich in vitamin B6, B12, E, Folic acid, calcium, iron and minerals, etc. Give rest to your legs., so not strain unnecessarily. You should get clinically examined by a neurologist and get NCV tests, blood tests, urinalysis and imaging (X-ray, CT, MRI) tests done. You will be treated accordingly. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
