General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there,

Feeling warm slash little pinch pain in your left side of your chest is a sign of compression of spinal nerve roots. Various problems might be causing this compression, therefore, further evaluation is necessary to determine the right cause.

I advise to run:
- chest X-ray
- ECG, cardiac echo
- spine Ct-scan or MRI to evaluate current changes

Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed.

Meanwhile, I advise to take:
- multivitamin supplementation (vit.B complex and magnesium)
- ibuprofen or diclophenac for the pain
- apply warm compresses to the affected area
- apply analgesic cream/patch to the affected area

Hope it was of help!
