Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to angina pectoris.
Several examinations should be done for further evaluation.
I suggest to do an electrocardiogram and a cardiac ultrasound.
I also suggest to visit a cardiologist for a specific treatment.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
