What Causes Pinching Sensation In Lower Abdomen When Trying To Conceive?
My husband and I are trying to conceive. We had sex 2 days prior to my fertile time, all my fertile days, and a day after them. Today is cycle day 19 or 21 (I had some spotting before a full blow period so not sure what day would count as the start) of my normal 29 day cycle, and I m feeling a pinching sensation in my lower left abdomen (uterine area) and some belly bloating. Could this possibly be the start of implantation?

Some females are able to judge the implantation as pinching or twitching sensation lower down in the pelvis. Yes, it can be due to implantation.
